South Toowoomba JRUFC abides by RugbyAU, QRU and Downs Rugby laws and procedures.

All Coaches have to undertake regular RugbyAU Smart Rugby / Level 1 courses.

It is mandatory for all volunteers, including the Executive Committee, Coaches / Assistant Coaches and Managers to have a current Blue Card: Click here for link
